Croatia, officially the Republic of Croatia, is a country located in Central Europe. Since 2023, Croatia has been part of the Schengen Area and the Eurozone. It has been a member of NATO since April 1, 2009, becoming the second former Yugoslav country to join this military alliance after Slovenia.
