In Indonesia, it is possible to obtain a "Second Home" type permit by purchasing real estate. This option involves buying a home or opening a deposit in the amount of $ 130,000, which entitles you to stay for a period of 5 to 10 years, depending on the conditions of a specific program.

For an extension, you should contact the Immigration Department (Kantor Imigrasi) at your place of residence. The application process usually takes from 1 to 2 months, depending on the type of visa and the workload of the immigration service.
