Passport of Serbia

The owner of a Serbian passport establishes a legal connection with the country, which is a candidate for European Union membership. In the future, citizens of the country may obtain EU citizenship. Currently, they are automatically granted access to 134 countries worldwide. Additionally, they can stay in Serbia indefinitely. The internal document is represented by an ID card containing the holder's personal information. The passport is in the form of a booklet with a sturdy burgundy cover, 32 pages, and an electronic chip. The central part of the cover features the Serbian coat of arms, with the country's name written in the national language at the top. The document is issued for 10 years to adult citizens and for 5 years to children aged 3-14.
